It is unlawful to monitor Police, Fire and other Emergency Public Service frequencies while operating a motor vehicle in the State of New York.

Several friends and neighbors have asked for a copy of the PRO-95 Scanner frequencies in the standard (*.p95) format. I'm happy to provide it. "HVNY.p95"

NOTE: These frequencies are merely a compilation of those programmed into one of my personal scanners; a Pro95. They include both, Motorola and EDACS Trunked systems. The coded abbreviations include (but are not limited to): MOT - Motorola,  D - Delayed Scan,      L - Locked Out  and  A - Attenuated Frequency. Where applicable, I've included the Trunked Agency's Group Identifications.
