TRAVELER'S SUMMARY

The National Weather Service has discontinued this particular product 
in favor of new RSS and XML based summaries of observations. This is
a smart move since it greatly increases the number of reporting sites
and the number of daily reports that are opened up to the public.

Still wishing to see the old fashioned list of cities with "Today" 
and "Tomorrow" High and Low Temperature and Expected Conditions, 
I've decided to give some attention to grabbing the RSS feeds and 
parsing them. I'll take this data and create lists, very similar to 
the ones that had been posted here, prior to January 13, 2009. This
means writing a small program that will do this for me and that will
take a little time, since I can work on it only when I'm on my own
time. Please be patient with me and I'll get to work on it.
